The Challenge: Complexity at Scale Expanding product suites created a fragmented experience and increased operational overhead, as administrators struggled to navigate disparate systems with inconsistent interfaces.
The Strategy: A Unified Ecosystem I architected the "Galaxy Admin Hub" to unify 4+ enterprise products into a cohesive workspace. I utilized AI to rapidly analyze and synthesize the Information Architecture of complex, unfamiliar systems, while leveraging best-in-class SaaS patterns (e.g., Microsoft 365) to drive the strategy.
The Solution & Impact: Delivered a scalable Information Architecture that streamlined critical workflows like user provisioning and established a flexible framework for future acquisitions, empowering administrators with a seamless, single-command center.
Key Results

The Cost of Disconnected Systems Description:
Multiple acquisitions created a disjointed ecosystem, leading to duplicate setup efforts and disparate interfaces for the same core functionalities.

Decoding Legacy Systems via AI
Faced with a complex array of unfamiliar systems, I utilized AI agents to audit and synthesize the diverse data models and navigation structures. This approach turned a fragmented ecosystem into a clear taxonomy, enabling me to architect a cohesive framework without deep prior knowledge of every individual product.
Customer feedback
“It takes too many clicks, and page transitions are painfully slow.”
“There are different roles in my team. I don’t want the admin who manages training content to access HR hiring data.”
“I didn’t even know this feature existed. When was it introduced, and where do I enable it”

Unified Control & Optimized Data Display
Simply refining components or individual pages fails to address the friction in the holistic user journey.

Project impact
The redesign elevates core workflows with clearer hierarchy, smoother navigation, and reduced friction in high-frequency tasks. Validated through strong usability and rapid adoption, the experience delivers measurable, organization-wide impact.
